      Unparalleled Customer Support

      I've never been so impressed by a customer support team and we use *a lot* of SaaS products. By the time we reached out to Optix, we were so jaded and annoyed by SaaS product teams that we expected more of the same. We couldn't have been more shocked, pleased, and grateful to find something very different. The whole Optix team - from account managers to customer support to developers - has been a true dream to work with. So thankful we found them!

      Pros:
      The Optix development team cares deeply about not just the user functionality but also how it feels for admins (their customers) to use the backend. They've kept the interface clean and easy to navigate, while also thinking through intricacies of a space booking model that really help to set you up for success.
      Cons:
      Almost nothing - if anything, just small things that are specific to our needs like allowing for our own customer service tools (we use Crisp) instead of routing users to a general "Contact Admin" inbox that we too easily miss messages from. But what's great about Optix is that you can ask them for these features and they genuinely either consider adding them or help you find a way forward that works better for your needs.

      OfficeRnD is AWFUL. The software itself is horrible. The customer support is horrendous. I wouldn't wish OfficeRnD on anyone!

      Optix, a company that actually listens

      Overall, an overly positive experience. From the moment you onboard, to scaling your space and operating it, Optix is there every step of the way. With new features being added regularly, we're seeing external subscriptions being cut in favor of using Optix built in features, as they're delivering better alternatives than some of the industry standards. We only look forward to continuing with Optix in the future.

      Easy to use dashboard experience, with every mainstream integration that you'll ever need to operate any space. All aspects of the dashboard has as much depth that you'll need that any other CRM and management dashboard simply cannot compare when it comes to being in all-in-one solution, every point of operation is married perfectly. The team at Optix are also very open minded, taking every inquiry, every question with delivering an answer to the best of their abilities. My company in the past has gave a couple of suggestions, and we were proud and even surprised that a tech company in this day and age still listens to customers and adding features that we request to make everyone's lives easier in this industry.
      Cons:
      One of the very few things that can be said that isn't the best is the white label app's customization. Don't get me wrong, it is at the end of the day a very wonderful app that is intuitive and easy to use. We would like to see more customization so that we could make certain amenities or features of our space a little more focused, and when it comes to branding, certain colors unfortunately do not work. Also, as a lover and adamant user of dark mode on almost all apps/websites i regularly use, I'm sure some of our members would like to see something similar, but otherwise not much to dislike about!

      Optix Helps me Run My Coworking Business

      Overall this software has been wonderful for both myself as the admin and my space members who use the app on a daily basis. Onboarding was fast and easy and overall the learning curve to setup and get started was pretty short. I find the support team to be really helpful both in the library of help, and direct feedback from the team. I find it's a software I can grow with both in scale for my business and with new functionality.

      We were able to configure the platform to not only meed our needs, but also in a way that allowed for us to plan for the future. Our members have experienced very little user experience issues and the mix of tools to simplify and streamline our processes has been very helpful. The app and backend web portal combined have allowed for us to accomplish almost every single objective needed to serve our member/user base.
      Cons:
      Would love to be able to have invoices due and payable the date of the actual use of a resource as opposed to when the resource is booked. Would help cut down on refunds, etc., when a user is unable to come in and needs to cancel without a reschedule date readily available.

      The onboarding team and overall service team are amazing. Any time we had a question, they responded quickly and were beyond helpful. Optix is constantly building on their product and adding new features which are perfect for growing and scaling our business. The app was incredibly user friendly for our members and we had no complaints. I also love the office hours they host and informative blog posts they put out about the industry in general. I always learn so much from those!
      Cons:
      Mostly nothing - except for random things that pertained to our business specifically. On top of coworking, we also offer wellness services and bookings, so working through the logistics of managing both offerings in the same app had some roadblocks, but the team was amazing with helping us brainstorm and troubleshoot to get it to work as best as possible for our very specific needs.

      Best Dev and Support Team in the Game, Even Better Platform

      I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Optix. For a small team managing three locations with over 400 active members (and countless drop-in users), I truly don't know how we'd do it without such an impressive platform. If you are a coworking space operator, you know that our needs are varied, can change on a dime, and surprises can pop up 24/7. Having a platform that lets you scale your business and provide a seamless guest experience is invaluable.

      -Responsive and helpful support team. I have seen features I recommend be added to the platform, and the support team has been amazing at asking clarifying questions. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their product. -Great integration with external platforms (CRM, Google Workspace, Zapier, etc). -Ease of use on both the admin and client side. -Customizable user information panel. -Broad range of automation options. I'm still learning to maximize their utility and we've had over *4000* actions that would have been manual (sending invoice requests, follow-up messages, changing user types based on behaviour, sending tips and instructions for bookings). -Huge variety of options to fit your space's needs. We can sell products, drop-in services, monthly plans, host events, all through one platform that links easily with our website and external booking services. -It just WORKS. Often when I've wanted to do something and couldn't, asking support to help me out either revealed it was a skill/knowledge-issue on my part, or they worked to incorporate my feedback. -This platform is easy to use, and has been easy for new staff to understand. We use it every day for so many functions — booking, member relations, events, community posts, on-demand booking, even setting up a self-serve shop in our space for members to grab what they need and pay through the app. -I've been surprised by the ease of implementation for new ideas. Often, there is a feature I wasn't using just waiting in Optix.
      Cons:
      The team is constantly updating and improving the service, which means there can sometimes be temporary hiccups either on my side (learning curve) or on their side. However, the support staff is INCREDIBLY responsive, and will always suggest temporary fixes, collect feedback, and work with their dev team to iron out any bugs (or, in some cases, even change the functionality!).
