Pros:

YouZign, which is part of the Zsuite, is a straightforward tool to make great looking content for, amongst others, your social media outage. The template library it holds is enormous. In just a couple of minutes, you will have that new Twitter banner or that new Facebook cover. It is that simple to use.

Cons:

YouZign currently uses flash when used it a browser. The need to use flash is obviously an issue. Fortunate the team behind YouZign is well aware of this and will make the necessary changes to today's web standards soon.

This is a great software for those of us who need to do simple design for our mobile applications.

It has taken away the need to hire a professional graphic designer for my mobile applications designs. This would have cost me a substantial amount of money apart for the delay in waiting for the designer to complete a task. I am able to make changes rapidly to my designs if I am not satisfied with any part of it. Truly it made me the DESIGNER!

Pros:

This graphic design software provides lot of templates and intuitive functionalities to get a new person going in a very short time. There are several templates for common social media stuff. I needed some basic graphic design for my mobile applications and Youzign made it possible for me to do it without hiring a professional designer. When you work on a design and forget to save, the next time you get onto the platform it gives you an opportunity to see your unsaved work and continue from where you left off saving you valuable time. Since the software is cloud based I can access it anywhere once I have an internet connection to continue with my designs. The Youzign platform provides several icons and shapes across several niches making it possible to finish the design without having to search for resources from third parties. All previous designs are available on the platform for viewing or editing. This makes it easy to start new and similar designs at a very fast pace. With canvas in the middle, the design resources on the left and the editing resources on the right, practically everything for a good design is within reach. I really love the grid feature that makes it possible to identify the locations of various graphics on the canvas. This is especially important when wants to put other pictures in the same locations for homepage slideshows. I was really struggling with the standard and popular graphic designs. They were great but the learning curve was too steep.

Cons:

After doing several designs for my mobile application homepages, searching for particular designs was a challenge. The search feature for old designs is not that intuitive and I still have to scroll through several designs to locate my target.

Product barely works and [sensitive content hidden]'s customer service is non existent.

The experience was terrible. I bought the Youzign LTD which ended up feeling like a cash grab. I should have listened to all the other testimonials about [sensitive content hidden]'s poor JVZoo style apps.

It offers a lot of features with AI, but they barely work.

Cons:

Too many features so many of the features do not work well or just buffer and nothing happens. Support by [sensitive content hidden] is terrible. I wanted a refund, he said he would refund me when I accepted, I accepted the refund and never heard back from him. It's been over 4 months of emails almost every week and still no answer from him. *Youzign is buggy and slow. *UI needs work, it's a little confusing with a side menu and then image menu in the center of the screen. *Terrible support *Spammy emails from [sensitive content hidden] trying to sell affiliate products.

YouZign - After 4 years it is still the tool that I use with great satisfaction

YouZign is a complete tool to create any design for personal and professional purposes. The Team has always released upgrades over the years, making it even more intuitive and easy to use. The html5 version available by the end of 2020, as promised by the developers, will surely make it faster, stable and suitable for mobile use on tablets and smartphones.

I bought YouZign at its launch in 2016 and after 4 years it is still one of my favorite design tools. Its strengths are ease of use, ready-to-use templates, millions of stock images and graphics to create all kinds of designs for personal and professional purposes. I love the feature of removing the background from any type of image.

Cons:

Lately the platform is a bit unstable and shows some bugs, such as the loss of formatting of the various elements that make up the design we created and saved and on which we return to work. YouZign is developed in flash and this makes the tool subject to blocks and anomalies but the Team is working on the html5 version that will be released by the end of 2020.

Has many different templates, including sizes for creating images to use on all popular social media networks. Includes a tool that makes it easy to remove the background of images for green screen usage.

Cons:

I always come back to Youzign for the templates, I find they have an edge that other graphic apps don't have so it's a great place to start for design inspiraration.

Cons:

Unfortunately the editor lets the software down and is too basic for some projects which I end up finishing with other apps.

Reasons for choosing Youzign

I keep using Youzign for their templates, but currently switch to VistaCreate to edit them.

The-Go-To graphics editing software until ... 2000.

Before 2000, Youzign was my Must-Have, and used daily graphics editing software. After 2000, in its HTML5.0 mode, I only use its custom-background removing feature.

After purchasing Youzign in 2016, I was totally blown away by Youzign's UI & UX to manage my graphics. I loved its ability to custom-way of background removal, crop images with different shapes, create attractive outlines on texts, etc.

Cons:

However, ever since it migrates to HTML 5.0, everything goes south. Many features are disabled and some are not working as they used to. With the aggressive graphics editing SAAS over the years, Youzign did not progress with its competitors. and has fallen back.

Graphic Design Simplified

I've designed 100's of graphics using Youzign and the designs look very professional. Many of the designs have earned me a substantial amount of income so the software pays for itself many times over.

Pros:

I like that I can create whatever comes to mind with relative ease. There are many templates to get ideas from as well.

Cons:

There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning until you get the hang of it. While the software comes pre-loaded with a ton of designs options there doesn't seem to be more content added periodically.

Disappointing Customer Service & Not living up to promises

Disappointed, not impressed with the Customer Service and their limited ability to keep up their promise of the deal, that I purchased over 4 years ago, just because they can not find the license number, I now should have to pay twice for adding 1 new team member?!

Ease of use to a certain point, with creating graphics.

Cons:

I bought the Software when it was still in beta and was during the time when I bought the upgrade also promised that I can have up to 5 users added to my account at no extra cost. Now the Customer Service is not helpful at all, instead asking me to pay for an additional upgrade which is a total ripp off. Total rip off and disappointing!
