Helpful Email Tracker and Organizer

Pros:

It is easy to use and understand for new users as it follows naturally what one would expect from usual mailbox tool but with powerful extras, learning and using becomes easy. The tool is seamless across various OS so it is easy to cater for all users within the organization. Note tracking and taking felt quite helpful among users. Some of our sales agents felt much less certain that their mails were delivered and got read, Mailbutler boosted confidence after its introduction.

Cons:

Some markets/mailbox providers feel missed out on data side in tracking and other functionalities. As we operate in several markets we decided to operate with Mailbutler only in a couple out of all 16 where we saw the most interactions and reliability.

Easy to use mail tracking system, much improved over the years

Pros:

I really enjoy how easy to track my emails (and clicked links) - plus Mailbutler makes it simple to follow up on my emails sent if I don't receive a reply. I appreciate the ability to add notes from conversations for easy access for future reference. The contact feature is great for understanding your communication history and their interaction with your emails. I wish it were included in lower-price tiered plans, however. I appreciate the enhancements since I started using the product - it keeps getting better to use.

Cons:

The only thing I feel is missing is a dashboard to track open rates or a template used to help analyse what messaging is working better than others

Reasons for switching to Mailbutler

Cost - Mailbutler cost less and provided most of the functionality I needed in it sidebar for email tracking - although I do miss the dashboard from Yesware

Getting Things Done in a way that works for my creative personality

I read the book "Getting Things Done" where this application was recommended. I rely on it daily and am so grateful to have discovered it.I rarely use the scheduled send feature, but it has helped me from giving some recipients a heads up that I'm up late and stopped them from calling back in the wee hours.The tracking is the best feature and I do hope they allow this for the iOS version soon as the current version does not allow it.

Pros:

The email tracking is the primary reason I use this software. Knowing when a recipient has opened an email allows me to time subsequent responses. It's also helped when dealing with dishonest recipients who deny having received emails and accuse me of dropping the ball.

Cons:

The iOS version doesn't allow tracking, which is the primary reason I purchased Mailbutler. If I need tracking, I find myself having to wait until I'm at my desktop to send an email composed on my phone and saved into drafts, which is far from efficient.Mine is a small business, just me, and this software is on the pricey side considering half my emails are composed on my phone. I signed up just after lifetime subscriptions were no longer offered and have been pleading for Mailbutler to allow a lifetime subscription again.

Pros:

I downloaded this software after hearing a coworker rave about its features, and it hasn't disappointed. Seamless installation. The tracking info, which includes when the email was opened, is such a handy feature. The Mailbutler email signature designs are sleek. The undo send is a godsend and is easier to use than Gmail's version. Highly recommend this software.

Cons:

Occasionally the delay mail feature takes a moment "preparing" the email before sending, which can be mildly irritating but it usually resolves under a minute.

Good design is important to me, and Mailbutler not only functions well, but was built with good design.

Mac Mail Integration with MailButler My experience.

Pros:

The ability to use Mac Mail and be able to create task and integrate with other software like Asana. I use Mac Mail heavily and rely on the features to manage multiple email account at the same Time. Very few plugins do a good job integrating with Mac Mail. The ability to Track Emails and share information with team member without leaving the Mail app is absolutely Fantastic. I work at night so the ability to send mail in the morning so it does not look like I am up at 3am is great. It also insures that my client gets the email at he time I like.

Cons:

No Cons, Its does what it was intended to do.. I use it in conjunction with other CRM solutions to complete my workflow and make my workflow simpler.

Reasons for choosing Mailbutler

Integration with other applications and easy of use. Even as a stand alone plugins it can be very powerful and integration with other apps is even more indispensable.

Making Apple Mail a bit better. Still not my favorite email tool, but if you're on Apple Mail, you have to use this extension!

Helps me sleep better at night!

I've been using Mailbutler for many, many years. Customer support has always been prompt, courteous, and helpful. Overall, it's a very decent company to deal with.

Pros:

The email tracking feature is the most important feature for me - I deal with a lot of people who infringe my copyright and in the past some have tried to deny that they had ever received emails from me. I've been able to prove that they've not only opened emails, but actually clicked on the links in the emails as well, and even showing what browser/mail package and operating system they were using at the exact time they were reading the email. There is nothing worse than sending an important email and then worrying about it all night in case it doesn't get delivered.. you can finish work safe in the knowledge that your important email has been opened, and no need to worry about it while you're trying to sleep! Not only WOULD I recommend this software to anyone needing email tracking - I already DO recommend friends and colleagues to try it!

Cons:

Sadly, the email tracking is the only feature of the software that I rely on - and for that purpose, I have to be on the Business package, which is expensive for me as an individual - so the price is expensive, but there is nothing else available that comes close to the tracking facility Mailbutler offers. I was disappointed at having to upgrade to the most expensive subscription just to retain that facility, as it had previously been included in the lower tier, albeit in limited quantities - but still suitable for my needs.

Reasons for switching to Mailbutler

When I switched from Windows to Mac back in 2008, MessageTag (MsgTag) wasn't available and there didn't seem to be any other software available for tracking the opening and reading of email (Read Receipt is not the same, and doesn't prove the email has been physically opened, or if links have been clicked). Mailbutler came along and provided an even better experience for tracking the opening of sent emails.

The Coolest Most Professional Email App for Mac Mail

I use Mailbutler to have a professional image for my emails and for branding purposes as well as to monitor email opens.

1. I love the signature feature that allows corporate logo insertion and the social media links are button based rather than ugly links. 2. Allows you to schedule emails and track when it was opened and by whom and the links clicked.

Cons:

The email open tracking and link click tracking are expensive. Definitely more expensive than an autoresponder.

This add-on has been crucial for functionality in my business and allows me to use my email system already in place. Scheduling ahead and templates are absolutely necessary and I love that it is constantly improving.

Cons:

Only downside is there are times when scheduling ahead that it will freeze up or just won't schedule. This is not happening as often lately.
