Pros:

As we are a small/medium sized company, we enjoy the value that this platform adds to our revenue streams. We do not have the number of employees to focus on daily pricing and market placement strategies on a daily basis, but SmartPricing does it all with successful results that we can easily notice since our 2-years use. I also take advantage of the many reports available, which are accessible through a user-friendly platform and easy-to-read scenarios of my monthly room planning.

Cons:

While the pricing strategies are effective, incorporating more advanced predictive analytics or machine learning could provide deeper insights into market trends and customer behavior. This could help anticipate demand fluctuations with greater accuracy, especially during peak seasons or unexpected market shifts.

Smartpricing semplifica davvero la gestione dei prezzi

La mia esperienza complessiva con Smartpricing è molto positiva. Il software è intuitivo, affidabile e realmente utile nella gestione delle tariffe e delle prenotazioni. Ha migliorato il controllo dei ricavi e semplificato diversi aspetti della gestione alberghiera quotidiana. L’assistenza clienti è competente e sempre disponibile, elemento fondamentale soprattutto nelle fasi iniziali. Nel complesso, Smartpricing si è dimostrato uno strumento solido e ben strutturato, adatto sia a strutture piccole che in crescita.

Di Smartpricing apprezzo soprattutto la facilità d’uso e l’efficacia nella gestione dei prezzi. L’interfaccia è intuitiva e la curva di apprendimento è rapida, anche per chi non ha un background tecnico. Il sistema aiuta concretamente nella gestione alberghiera e delle prenotazioni, adattando le tariffe in modo intelligente in base alla domanda. Ottima anche l’assistenza clienti: sempre disponibile, chiara e orientata alla risoluzione dei problemi. Nel complesso, uno strumento affidabile che semplifica la gestione quotidiana e migliora il controllo dei ricavi.

Cons:

Al momento non ho riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi. Come per qualsiasi strumento evoluto, all’inizio è necessario prendere confidenza con alcune funzionalità più avanzate, ma grazie all’interfaccia intuitiva e al supporto dell’assistenza questo passaggio risulta rapido e ben gestito.

Utilizzo Smart PMS da un anno circa, provengo da un altro PMS ma trovo che SmartPMS (prima Ciaobooking) sia un ottimo software sempre in aggiornamento per raggiungere i migliori livelli di performance. E' un software, rispetto ad altri più conosciuti, relativamente giovane e gestito da un team di giovani che lavorano con passione per fornire l'esperienza migliore possibile e oltretutto è perfetto per strutture piccole dove il budget conta tantissimo in quanto rispetto ai suoi competitor è anche più economico. Lo consiglio e lo consiglierei a tutti in quanto ti alleggerisce il lavoro quotidiano gestendo le tue prenotazioni in totale assenza di pericolo di overbooking. Continuate così e sempre a migliorarsi

La semplicità di utilizzo, la possibilità di fare ricevute fiscali senza dover necessariamente avere un registratore di cassa, assistenza molto efficiente e rapida nel darti supporto

Cons:

Non è possibile utilizzare NEXI e questo lo trovo molto limitante, capisco che ci siano strumenti che si preferiscono ma si deve dare la possibilità a noi utenti finali di poter usare i nostri strumenti di pagamento e non per forza solo quelli proposti

An excellent platform!

I found myself pretty good. It helps me to gain time to to other important activities without being penalized with algorithms due to the fact of continuing changing prices over time to maximize my revenues!

It's very intuitive and easy to use. Learning the thought behind is pretty simple and for any problem you can contact them, they have always a brilliant solution to support you, also with bugs and issues! It truly help you have more booking and being more attractive.

Cons:

Difficult to say, actually everything it is working for me. Maybe some dashboard could be explained better but as soon as you have some general understanding of how it works, everything get easy.

This product has been amazing at Growing my Revenue! I have been using it for about 1year and I had no issues with it. After an initial setup, all has worked perfectly and the has been extremely helpful. They are also super active in developing new functionalities, I love the new Interface. Most importantly my revenue YOY has grown 23%, which is the number one reason I started using this in the first place.

Cons:

I am missing a Rate Shopping for competitors, but the team is working on it. Overall I have nothing really to complain about.

Cheap and easy

I have some apartments for rent and I need to change my prices day by day, before SmartPricing my prices was the same for long periods because I didn’t have the time for change them and I didn’t have a real knowledge on how to do it. SmartPricing in addition to do it for me, it’s earning me a lot more, even in “Pandemic Covid Time”

I really like this software because it’s very easy, really for everyone. It’s fast, and intuitive, and cheap.

Cons:

This software doesn’t have a mobile app, that will be very useful when you are out or don’t have your laptot with you. But I think it will arrive soon.

Smartpricing for increasing your revenue

Before using Smartpricing , adjusting prices is really difficult and time wasting. You could immagine in a city like Verona how difficult was taking care of all events , starting by Arena!

Cons:
