Excellent experience with Horizons

Horizon HR Makes Contracting Easy and Worry-Free

What I love most is how reliable and smooth everything is. As a contractor, getting paid on time is a big deal — and Horizon HR has never let me down. The platform is easy to navigate, and everything I need is just there. I also really appreciate how responsive their team is whenever I have questions or need help.

Cons:

onestly, I haven’t run into any real issues. If I had to point out something, maybe the interface could be a little more modern-looking, but that’s just me being picky — functionally, it works great.

Reasons for switching to Horizons

The switch to Horizon HR happened due to a company transition — it wasn’t something I initiated personally. But honestly, I’m glad it happened. Compared to what I was using before (like Deel), Horizon HR has been a lot smoother in terms of payment processing and overall experience. Everything’s more straightforward, and as a contractor, I really appreciate how easy it’s been to work with their system.

Horizons made it incredibly easy to hire international talent without having to set up a local entity. The onboarding process was fast and well-organized, and their support team is always responsive and helpful. Cons:

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to mention one thing, it would be the slight delay in document processing during local public holidays—which is understandable but something to plan for in advance.

The User interface and user experience of the platform is simple and very easy to understand. Even if there were no training provided, anyone can intuitively use the offered features.

Cons:

The new features are still in development making it difficult to judge right away. Personally, I would prefer if there were a Dark-mode for less eye strain.

They process payroll accurately and punctually, based on employee timesheets submitted within the deadline. Their support team responds promptly and clearly whenever we have questions or issues. Plus, their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate.

What I like the most about Horizons is that their support team response so quickly even if its just an acknowledgement! It makes you feel genuinely cared for about your request and questions!

Cons:

So far, I can't see anything to dislike them. Will edit the review if ever I found one, hopefully not.
