      Game changer !

      5

I appreciate how scalable it feels we started small, but as our operations grew, we were able to add more integrations without any issues. If there’s one thing I’d love to see improved, it would be adding even more third-party app integrations out of the box, but honestly, that’s just a bonus wishlist item. Overall, Viasocket is a game-changer for automation and has saved us countless hours of manual work. Highly recommended!

      Pros:
Viasocket has completely transformed how we handle integrations and workflow automation in our business. What I like most is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is — you don’t need to be a developer to set up complex workflows. It easily connects with multiple tools we already use, and the triggers and actions work flawlessly.
      Cons:
Compared to other automation platforms, Viasocket stands out because of its clean interface, fast setup process, and excellent support team. Whenever we had questions, their response was quick and helpful.

      Reasons for switching to viaSocket

Notion is so hard and confusing and not to mention that it is very expensive for enterprise subscription, I am a small business.

      Pros:
The platform is very user-friendly and makes automation straightforward without requiring deep technical skills. I especially liked the smooth integration with multiple cloud apps, which saved me a lot of time. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.
      Cons:
Some advanced setup options could use more documentation, especially for complex workflows. However, once configured, everything works reliably.

      Reasons for switching to viaSocket

I switched from n8n to viaSocket because viaSocket is much easier to set up and doesn’t require as much technical knowledge. With n8n, managing self-hosting and configurations took a lot of time, while viaSocket works out of the box with smooth cloud integrations. The interface is simpler, customer support is more responsive, and the platform feels more reliable for production use.

Next Generation of Automation and workflows

      5

After trying platforms like n8n (both locally and in the cloud) and Make, I can confidently say that viaSocket is by far more advanced and polished. It combines power with simplicity, offering an intuitive interface without compromising on flexibility. The platform saves me hours of work, and I find it much easier to use and understand compared to alternatives. Overall, it’s been a game-changer for my automation workflows.

      Pros:
The UX is very clean, modern, and easy to navigate, which makes setting up workflows much smoother compared to other tools. I really appreciate the wide range of built-in integrations that save a lot of time and effort. It feels like everything I need is already available inside the platform, which makes the whole automation process faster and more reliable.
      Cons:
Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. If I had to point out something, I would say that I wish the AI features were even more powerful. For example, having the ability to build flows or even full agents just by describing what I want in natural language would take the experience to the next level. Still, the existing functionality is already very strong.

      Cons:
Although the UI is similar, it need a lot of improvements (My suggestion was this some UI enhancements needed and some flexitbility in attaching nodes, not exactly like N8N but inspired from it) The AI bot is also not working properly.

      Reasons for switching to viaSocket

I moved from n8n to viaSocket because it lets me build, ship, and maintain automations faster with far less friction. The big difference is how deeply viaSocket integrates AI into the workflow experience and how accessible it makes advanced automation without sacrificing power. AI + MCP for agentic workflows: The Model Context Protocol support means my AI assistants (like ChatGPT or Claude) can securely act across my apps through viaSocket—turning static automations into truly agentic, context-aware workflows.
