Pros:

I like HP PrintOS alot for its accessibility as it enables me to set up and print a file or document according to my requirements on the go. Also it allows system administrator to easily configure printer server even if you are using another company's printer, without any problem.

Cons:

At a few occasions, the format of the printout that I performed uding HP Print OS was completely different than what it showed me in the print priview.

Terrible this is the second printer I have purchased and ursed the services with and both times had been locked out of my printer due to their wrongful charges on a free promotion which came with the printer

The idea is fantastic, if they didn't attempt to rip of paying customers

Cons:

The customer support is by far the worst. They refused to help as they had canceled my subscription with them twice and since has completely denied me any resolution

I have no clue how i lived with out HP Print before...It takes all the thinking and ordering out of printer ink, and the computer and printer tell me when i am out! I can never go back!

Cons:

HP should make the user interface of its PrintOS a bit more intuitive and self-explanatory so that people with low tech know-how can also use it without any difficulty.
