Curri has consistently delivered exceptional service for our company. The platform is extremely easy to use, allowing us to schedule deliveries quickly and track everything in real time. Their drivers are always friendly, courteous, and professional, which reflects well on our business when they arrive at customer locations. Customer service is truly top-notch; any time we have a question or need support, the Curri team responds promptly and with a helpful attitude. Overall, Curri has become a reliable partner we can count on for fast, efficient, and dependable delivery service. I highly recommend them to any company seeking a strong logistics solution.

Cons:

The only aspect of Curri that I find challenging is the billing process. They send multiple billing emails every day, and it becomes difficult to manage the steady stream of messages while keeping our records organized. Reviewing and reconciling each invoice individually adds unnecessary administrative work and clutters our inbox. A weekly consolidated billing option would be much more efficient and far easier to track. Having everything grouped into a single summary would save time, reduce errors, and align better with how many businesses handle their accounting. Improving this process would substantially enhance the overall Curri experience.

Ease of booking deliveries and the updates on when the delivery was completed is what I like best.

Cons:

In my experience so far I have not had issues. The sales team responds to my questions when I have them.

curri needs improvements

the curri experience is up and down. Some days you get great drivers that pick up and head right to delivery. other days your driver goes and has a 2-hour lunch at applebees in the middle of the delivery(yes this happened)

Easy to use and Great service.

Great experience so far, overall very easy to use with booking and tracking drivers. If there is an issue, they have jumped on them and helped resolve asap. Would recommend to any business (big or small) and to any driver looking for another avenue to add work.

Easy to use, customer service and account reps very helpful. We utilize this service multiple times a day. Great with setting up preferred drivers for scheduled deliveries and future coverage help as needed.

Cons:

Sometimes there is a longer wait depending on time of day and size of order, this is expected. Nothing other than that.

Every time I set up a Curri pickup, A driver is always assigned to me quickly. The driver picks up the order promptly as well.

Have nothing bad to say about Curri at this time. I am satisfied with the service I get at every level.

Curri was introduced to NCBP almost a year ago and we have been rocking and rolling ever since. We really do love this platform to help with smaller LTL shipments!

How fast the drivers are assigned for pick ups! Customer support is always great with answering & solving questions

Hazmat can be an issue sometimes but other than that Curri is great! Curri has been a great support staff for NCBP so were very happy!

Wonderful addition

The software and website are easy to use. Everyone that I have been involved with has been extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. Our regular route drivers are OUTSTANDING and have been a wonderful addition to our company!!

When setting up hot shots, there have been a few times, in the beginning, where it took almost an entire day to secure a driver.

Pros:

The ability to pick the automobile size, being able to track the load while it's moving, and seeing who your driver will be before they arrive for pick up.

Cons:

Drivers accepting a load, then dropping it after a while, causing us to lose time. Sometimes drivers show up in the incorrect vehicle for the load size.
