Pros:

The flexibity of Curri and the variety of different vehicles i can use for a delivery. The customer service is very prompt as well.

Cons:

The uncertainty of the driver making the delivery, knowing where they are going and trusting them to contact the customer and drop off at the right location.

Curri Helps Us Succeed!

Curri has revolutionized our small business in allowing us to augment our fleet by sending out smaller order to customers quicker to make our money last. We have been able to ship out more orders quicker and keep us with the bigger corporate entities in our field!

Pros:

Very easy to set up quickly for our customers. Prices are pretty competitive, and we can choose between a car for a small box delivery or a large truck for bigger deliveries. This allows us to keep up with our customers!

Cons:

The only negative I can bring up is sometimes drivers don't know the info for the pickup, but as we learn more about Curri, we are able to assist them better.

The ability to pick the automobile size, being able to track the load while it's moving, and seeing who your driver will be before they arrive for pick up.

Cons:

Drivers accepting a load, then dropping it after a while, causing us to lose time. Sometimes drivers show up in the incorrect vehicle for the load size.

Fast and Easy, But Could Use Better Driver Coordination

Cons:

At times, it feels like drivers are not fully briefed on what they are picking up or delivering. This can lead to delays or confusion at the pickup site, especially if special instructions are involved. A more robust communication system between Curri, the driver, and the customer would help. While the platform itself is solid, the lack of preparation on the driver's end can slow things down or cause issues. Better training or more detailed order info would go a long way in resolving these occasional hiccups.

Best courier service I've ever used

100% everyone should be using this service if you have regular local deliveries and no on staff driver available. LTL services are even easier to set up than using the freight companies themselves.

What's not to love? Easy user interface, lowest cost in town, fast response times, every delivery option available to cover any and all needs, no issues with any driver.

Cons:

"real time tracking" isn't perfect, but it's way better than any other courier service in terms of knowing when a delivery will be made.

How fast and prompt they are. You are able to track them and even send the tracking information to the receiving end.

Cons:

It make it to easy to use, I end up using it more than I would like. I find my self using this 5 or 6 times a week.

drivers always show up in good timing, and very few deliveries problems Makes it very easy to schedule deliveries and pick ups.

Cons:

Sometimes there will be missing POD's and non-professional drivers that show up. Maybe give drivers Curri gear for example shirts and hats that they can wear while making deliveries.

Curri is awesome

Overall, it's been great it helps increase the productivity of our workforce and keeps us from having to scramble to get smaller deliveries out the door. When we're in a pinch just Curri it!

I love how easy it is to book a delivery. It allows us to service our customers in a way no one else can.

Cons:

Sometimes when there are big events in the area it can be hard to find a driver since most of them are doing uber or lift.
