It’s not just a tool — it’s a real support system that gently guides users through every stage of the mentoring journey. The clear structure is especially helpful for those who are new to mentoring, but it also adds value for experienced mentors by making sessions more intentional and results-oriented. On top of that, Mentiway includes a well-crafted knowledge base available 24/7, offering useful tips, guidance, and inspiration whenever it’s needed. Cons:

One thing that may be improved is the the customization options for organizations with very specific internal processes. I recommend the Mentiway app for managing the Mentoring Program.

Ease of use, Mentorship Program, Reporting. The program met our expectations. It paired the participants very well.

Cons:

The Mentiway application could better process - select for the Exell Program information about which individuals have not signed the contract or have not attended meetings.

What I love about the Mentiway app is that it is very intuitive, contains a huge amount of knowledge, guides you step by step and makes the entire mentoring process much easier, ensuring it is as effective as possible.

Cons:

What I liked least was that my mentoring process ended so quickly :) - it was a wonderful time for me, when I learned a lot and new opportunities opened up for me in my professional career.

Mentiway is an excellent platform that makes mentorship structured and efficient. I loved how it streamlined the mentoring process, making it easy to connect mentors and mentees and tracking progress. It is especially easy for our mentors and mentees to track their progress, find information about the process. We are currently running our second Mentoring edition through Mentiway and we did not find yet setbacks or things that we did not like.
