Hey Yuriy, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's great to hear that PayHOA has been intuitive and easy to set up and maintain for your community over the past two years. We appreciate the note about resident updates too. When a resident leaves, we'd recommend using the "move out" option rather than deleting. This keeps your historical records intact, which can help track past communications, payments, etc. Deleting works, but it potentially removes that data history from the system.
