Microsoft 365 vs OneDrive: Which is best for you?

Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).

I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.

I use OneDrive everyday it allows me to keep multiple documents and rarely have issues when opening the documents the issues are related to the internet connection more than the product.

Although reliable most of the time, OneDrive can still get stuck syncing, duplicate files, or create conflict copies—especially with large or rapidly edited files.
