Microsoft 365 vs Microsoft Outlook: Which is best for you?

Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).

I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.

Overall, Outlook is a solid, dependable email and productivity platform that’s well-suited for professional and business use. While it has a learning curve and occasional performance issues, its reliability, integration, and organizational tools outweigh its drawbacks.

It also has a few glitches with showing read vs unread emails and the number of unread emails icon on mobile doesn’t update in real time.
