Microsoft 365 vs Fusebase: Which is best for you?

Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).

I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.

Great to see when someone is even viewing a ticket avoiding multiple employees taking the same tickets, gives an AI summer of past conversations, has rules to sort out certain issues or even filter the nature of the message, performance metrics are easy to understand, there is a lot of good features around it.

I struggled for years to wrangle siloed systems, redundant workflows, duplicative work, and limited visibility.
