Microsoft 365 vs SmartDocs: Which is best for you?

Microsoft support through admin center is 10/10, and they quickly provide reply and are eager to jump on a call to resolve an issue if possible (and issues do occur sometimes when you’re a Mac app user of Word, Excel… especially when working on big files or changing organizations when collaborating with externals).

I have a spreadsheet shared on the drive which has many graphs, and they do not perform well for synchronization with sheets.

I really enjoy how it connects to the services I use, such as Microsoft Word and Excel and allows me to collate and manage content.

Device access setup was difficult to work through and determining how to use some of the more complex features was a time-consuming process, and I would have liked customer support to answer more quickly when we needed assistance onboarding.
