The platform has helped us streamline our performance management process, making employee evaluations, goal tracking, and feedback easier to administer and more structured.

It is difficult for new users to manuever and choose correct"template", "ad-hoc", "evaluation scorering" etc.. and we had experience of "template" being duplicated or presented strange template that we did not create.

There are some elements we'd like to investigate as ongoing improvements but I'm confident these can be accommodated.
