Jira vs kitchen.co: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

I'm completely in love with the very robust messaging features, especially being able to create multiple conversation threads with the same client, and the ability to archive and/or export these later.

We've tried Basecamp, Asana, Clickup, Monday, and many others, but they all had limitations and didn't work very well with clients resulting in various forms of chaos.
