Jira vs Taiga: Which is best for you?

I started using Jira from 2017 as Supply Planning Director to plan, track and manage projects. Till now it helps me in my current organization which I started in 2008 to seamlessly collaborate on projects for 24/7.

There is a lot of core functionality missing, and a lot of it feels very low quality, yet the main thing they are producing are AI chatbots to provide poor quality summaries of tickets.

It has allowed us to be very organized in terms of work intake and management.

We used an external plugin but the user experience is not 100% polished and error-prone.
