- The API feature has been transformational - I have been integrating it into Google Sheets through AppScript in order to have auto-updating custom workplans, as well as auto-book the team's resources instead of entering each resource booking entry one at a time.
- Reports not as customizable as I would like, and there were some issues when running expense reports in multiple currencies with the conversion rate that I couldn't resolve.
- This allows me to perform task management items like keeping sections by language, a dashboard that lets me use each section per language, and the customer support makes it easy for me to review tutorials, and most importantly, the ease of use makes this app easy to mold according to my language related goals, I just can't simply do this in another notebook app.
- Adding even a single block brings up a long scroll of options; text, media, databases, and more which can be confusing at first.
