Confluence vs Nuclino: Which is best for you?

It’s a strong tool for team documentation and knowledge sharing, especially for keeping information centralized and accessible. While navigation and content upkeep can be challenging as documentation grows, its collaboration features, integrations, and flexibility make it a valuable platform for maintaining shared knowledge and supporting cross-team alignment.

I like it for organizing documents, but because of it's limitations of supporting various formats, I cannot use it as the only tool for all my documentation needs.

So with a bit of scripting, I was able to achieve my objective of having a cloud backup of my data in a roundabout way (I just need to remember to pull down the zip once a week).

Some of our users struggled with finding some of the information in the way it got sorted within the app.
