  • Being able to turn emails into tasks and attach the email as a document, or logging project work time directly from Outlook calendar entries, those were real game changers. Since we also wanted to connect SharePoint, and the InLoox support team helped us with that, we were ready to go after just two months. And we haven’t looked back since.
  • Absolutely zero support. Despite cancelling my subscription/license, the company continued to renew the license for two years, threatening legal action if not paid.
  • I love the automations, allowing me to renew weekly/monthly tasks where I can set the target dates to recur in a week, one month etc.
  • Trello lacks any kind of admin priveleges, user restrictions or any kind of board management options, and while that’s great for simplicity and flexibility it can lead to accidental deletion and data loss in collaborative environments.
