- Their knowledge base is always my first port of call before calling the Support Team and I share links with colleagues from the knowledge base because the articles will explain actions better than I ever will.
- The planning view is not yet usable for us, in our case we would like to plan the different phases (columns) of a project in there, we haven't yet found a way which doesn't include creating separate card for each phase.
- Triskell is very intuitive to use from and end-user perspective and because it is fully customizable the administrator is able to make updates as needed.
