Pros / Cons
  • It’s a strong, accessible tool for quickly creating and collaborating on diagrams, especially when the goal is clarity and alignment rather than pixel-perfect design. While it can feel constrained for very complex or highly technical diagrams and gets expensive at scale, it does a great job of helping teams communicate visually with minimal friction.
  • It provides so much, but the one thing that kind of bothers me is that when switching to an already open chart that I haven't visited for a few days results in a delay of displaying the chart.

  • Strong integration and automation capabilities — it can integrate with many third-party tools, and supports automations, aiding productivity and reducing manual work.
  • monday.com requires a minimum of three paid users, and essential features (Gantt charts, time tracking, advanced reporting) are often locked behind more expensive tiers. Although functional, the mobile app doesn’t always match desktop capabilities and has some issues.
