- Miro enhances cross-team collaboration regardless of geographical location of time zone disparities that help improve collaborative work for teams in my organization.
- What makes it more difficult is that there is no way to track the overall size of your board while you're designing it so when it comes time to export, I find myself breaking things into many smaller boards or frames. If we knew this before trying Miro, we probably would have looked into alternatives.
- Great shapes, very intuitive layout, easy to adjust the design.
- Overall I like smartdraw as a program but the customer service, lack of customer retention and acting like they are robots, not actually helping or answering you, just like they are reading from a scripted book.
