With our new software we can communicate with our clients through email or chat directly from the current project we are working on and it attaches to the project so we always have a record.

At times some search keywords are not accurately recognized, leading to less precise search results.

Triskell is very intuitive to use from and end-user perspective and because it is fully customizable the administrator is able to make updates as needed.

It could be better in terms of integrations with other software, especially CRM.
