GuestWisely vs Guesty: Which is best for you?

The direct website integration worked smoothly, and the automated message templates and workflow automation were very well designed.

Ultimately, we decided to move away from GuestWisely mainly due to poor customer service, connectivity issues, and the absence of proper multi-unit functionality.

All in one place - we use various features/addons from advanvced analytics to dynamic pricing and most recently the guesty shield program, which works effectively and gives us a piece of mind with each booking.

Even with the accounting modules set up, I'm unable to make changes to commission payments if we've struck undue deal with an agent, or even change the booking source at all after entering a reservation.
