AppFolio Property Manager vs Guesty: Which is best for you?

It does a good job of storing our HOA's historical records as we conduct business throughout the busy year.

AppFolio's accounting doesn't sync well with other PM tools, and tasks require too many steps.

All in one place - we use various features/addons from advanvced analytics to dynamic pricing and most recently the guesty shield program, which works effectively and gives us a piece of mind with each booking.

Even with the accounting modules set up, I'm unable to make changes to commission payments if we've struck undue deal with an agent, or even change the booking source at all after entering a reservation.
