I like how simple it makes things, accounting, tenant communications, maintenance tasks etc, love the texting feature and now emails all in the system.

The combination of no-notice integration removal, blocked in-app upgrades, and shifting phone-only pricing felt like a forced upsell rather than a customer-first solution.

All in one place - we use various features/addons from advanvced analytics to dynamic pricing and most recently the guesty shield program, which works effectively and gives us a piece of mind with each booking.

Even with the accounting modules set up, I'm unable to make changes to commission payments if we've struck undue deal with an agent, or even change the booking source at all after entering a reservation.
