Like with TOPS Pro, it is an all-in-one solution. It has improved 100 fold by becoming web based with the portals. It was a bit of a learning curve switching from Pro to One but it is still very user friendly. I use it as a selling feature when pitching to potential clients. I love it and have no regrets on my purchase!

Pros:
I love that it is cloud based and appealing to the eye. It is easy to add Board members as additional users and control what they can alter. Owners can log in to portals which makes it an inexpensive alternative to websites. I love all the partner integrations that they offer.
Cons:
I wish it would further integrate with their partners. I also wish that it would remember some of the ways you like to toggle things instead of having to do it every time you log in.

We have been using Central since 2018, one of the first to adopt Tops One which is now Central. The customer support team is pretty responsive to issues when the arise.

We really like the fact that Central is available from anywhere which makes working remotely possible. It is our one-stop for everything that we need from accounting to violations.
Cons:
Several times when the software upgrades happened it created more issues with things that were working just fine.

Reasons for switching to Enumerate

Move to online product for ease of use and Pro was not available.

Enumerate Review - It's ok.

I feel like it's overall ok but not ideal. We have considered switching and probably would have already if it wasn't such a hassle to do that. I do wish that I could get more responsive customer service and have my issues actually resolved.

Pros:
I like that Enumerate offers the ability to easily add CCRs and set the templates to auto populate so I can easily create my letters according to what the individual violation is to populate with my custom fields. I also like how we can easily input work orders with an included photo that emails directly to our vendors.
Cons:
I do not like a few things: 1. The rental toggle within the accounts when toggled on serves no purpose and renters need to register for the percentage in the Board portal to populate. I have a ticket in for this currently and it has taken the representative weeks to respond every time I email them back. Depending on renters to sign up for Enumerate to populate this field would give an unrealistic percentage if all do not sign up. The rental toggle should populate this percentage as we as management can toggle that on when we know a unit is a rental. 2. I dislike that everything is sorted alpha-numerically. It would be much easier if the sorting put things in actual order. 3. We had put a ticket in to remove Passaic Arms from our portal report that is emailed to us (I believe monthly). It is still there. There was no resolution for this issue but we no longer manage this community.

Reasons for switching to Enumerate

Not sure - just to switch to cloud based and offer clients their own portal.

Cons:
Development team when updates missing few active features after updates then need to contact and create a ticket.

Reasons for switching to Enumerate

Enumerate is much better and is easy to use from home or anywhere and can manage much more properties with this product easily. Can get help from outsourcing teams in Asia.

Awful, avoid at ALL COSTS! Go with pen and paper if you have to before using this system.

The only good thing about this system is the ability to put packages together to print reports faster . . . that is literally it. Nothing else about this system works properly.
Cons:
Everything. This system is absolute trash. It takes about 3x longer to enter payables because some days the system just doesn't work. We still have beginning balances that are off and the conversion team seems to think it's not their problem.

Reasons for switching to Enumerate

Tops PRO stopped working because they didn't support it any more.

The interface is one of the best things the system offers. It is soft on the eyes. I like most of the report layouts.
Cons:
Did not perform basic accounting functions like reflecting on the general ledger the bills that were entered when not approved.

It works sufficiently for the money you pay

It's roughly an 85% out of 100 it does have its glitches. Speed and performance are very good. The only problem I have is sometimes I like to go on at night when the servers are updating and you can't get anything done at that time.

The ease of changing ownership of properties. It is relatively a simple application to use but it needs to be made easier.
Cons:
The amount of time it takes to get help when you need it. Some of the tutorials are very convoluted and need to be made easier for the common layman

Cons:
Cost feels high for the amount of doors we have, many problems with the check template including adding my signature.

Our migration from the old TOPS to TOPS One has been a total disaster

Benefits???? We have yet to see any benefit for the upgrade at all. It has been a constant battle with their office to even respond - we still are out of balance, the form letters still don't work accurately and NO ONE from TOPS will even address.

Only the fact that it is web based - the old TOPS had more features and at least it worked, even though it was cumbersome
Cons:
Nothing balances!!!! Form letters don't match A/R - Customer service to resolve issues is NONEXISTENT. The staff seems to be overwhelmed and doesn't know any more than we do !!!
