    we manage 2 separate storage facilities with the software. does everything it needs to for us to run efficiently.
    Cons:
    when looking up a client you need to be in the correct facility. if you are in location "a" and you client is at location "b" your search for them will return no results. not an issue if you have 1 location but i can imagine if you are managing multiple locations this would be cumbersome.

    The Best Management Software our Facility has Ever Used!

    I enjoy the ability to assign notes and tasks to individual units or tenants. I can set rules and permissions for our employees. Storedge also integrates with our website and facility gates.

    I love the fact it is truly web-based and can be sued on any device anywhere, and that we can access multiple properties quickly and easily form one interface and also see an overview of all facilities in our management portal.
    Cons:
    Customer service is quick to close any open cases, would like them to make sure everything is set so that I don't have to start another one

    The transition to StoreEdge has been nothing but a nightmare. They way they starting communicating since the beginning is just unacceptable, everything is through a chat and you don't get notifications when someone sends you a message. You don't get to communicate with them via email or phone, you can be provided with phone numbers but they will never answer. The training needs a lot of improvement, as a first time user you are only hoping to get familiar with the software through proper training, unfortunately the training is non-existent. All they do is send you videos and links you have to watch and complete, you don't get to practice with any account until you are officially switched over, is like going to school without having a teacher. I wish we can go back and never sign up for this software, we were sold the idea of a software that will improve things, the truth is, all of that is misleading information just to get you signed up with them. The correspondence with tenants/customers within the system is a disaster, there is a lot of limitations on things you can and cannot do. Just to create a simple template is way more complicated than the software we used to have. If you have a question, get ready to contact a helpless customer support team that does know anything, you can tell they are reading you instructions on something that they don't even know how to resolve, we have to ask with a manager after spending time with the "first tier" just because they don't seem to understand the importance of solving an issue for a customer. They will always give you basic solutions/alternative solutions instead of really give you the answer you are looking for. They have NO billing customer support team, if you have a billing question, just call, leave a voicemail and wait days for them to reach out to you via email, they don't even return the call, they'll just send you an email acknowledging your request, but they are not help at all. I am not sure if StoreEdge is trying to automate things way too much and forgot that human interactions is still needed. Whoever is in charge, needs to get fired and restructure this software.

    As much as we are trying to find something that would make us like this software, there is nothing positive to say.
    Cons:
    The transition team, Customer Support, the "glitches" in the system. The training system. Our company has been using this software for over a month now, it has been a nightmare to say the least, there was no proper instructions during the transition, once the product was sold and the agreement was signed, we were on our own. Literally, you have to teach the system yourself, all the do is send you "links". We have to reach out to higher ups to get some assistance and have been transferred to different people.

    Because we were sold the idea of a product that will do things better, that had better features and all of that was a lie. We just switched and found out that the system is complicated and not fully developed. There is still a lot of things they need to work on to get a decent software.

    All sites are in 1 log in, website looks great!
    Cons:
    Creating templates is over complicated, support is under educated and sound like they are reading off a script, no person to person training or support before launch day, on launch day our point person didn't even get my team their log ins, we got our log in from the website developer

    I like that it's a web based platform, makes it really easy to access it from anywhere. It's very easy to train new employees on the system. The other great feature is the call tracking integration with software make it really easy to track leads.
    Cons:
    The biggest con is the lack of reporting and the inaccuracies in the numbers. Because it is web based sometimes it does run slow especially when pulling large reports.

    No matter the issue, I am able to call and have someone to walk me through it. There is no need to feel worried or overwhelmed about it because there is answer to EVERY problem...no joke.
    Cons:
    I think our passwords should be able to be displayed when going to settings to change it. I wish that we could edit the entire credit card instead of having to delete/re-enter it in payment methods.
