Finally, a user friendly interface to monitor media impact

As a small agency we are very happy to have access to this incredibly useful tool that allows us to gain insight into our earned media impacts and present the results to our clients in a very professional way.

Pros:

Really easy interface and configuration. The customer service team is very helpful and the set-up was done in one day.

Cons:

As it is a relatively new platform, not all the media that is important to us was monitored at the beginning. However, we sent an Excel spreadsheet with the names of our target outlets and the customer relations team uploaded them for us and we are now able to track those too.

Potentially great but...

We wanted a media distribution/evaluation product with a newspage facility. Hypefactors looked really impressive. And for all we know it is, but the customer support, once you have signed up is appalling. I am still convinced that if we had had support we could have got the program working but that does not solve the uploading and search issues.

Valuation of coverage. This is a constant headache for PR agencies and on the face of it Hypefactors can automate this task saving hundreds of work hours.
