- Overall the project creation experience for new set up team (like us) is a bit difficult as it continue requires learning throughout a whole process of making the project. - However participant experience is straightforward and easy to use.

I would say overall experience is quite positive. Indeemo core value is really amazing. There were some struggles at the beginning so really hope ux/ui would be more intuitive. I'm looking forward to the new functionalities and features.

Indeemo allows me to dig deep into "real life behaviors" in a way that's SO easy for participants. It's ideal for IDIs and self-ethnographic research, or even pretask/homework prior to larger, in-person research studies or focus groups. I've used it effectively to find best participants to future/follow-up research and it's meant every participant was fully engaged and interested in participating in the project.

Working with the Indeemo team and software has been a huge and positive change for our research project. After trying to force other platforms to work for submitting qualitative survey responses (Google Forms, Typeform, Dropbox with Powerpoint, etc), finally using a platform that was meant for this type of work made a huge difference. I loved being able to remind participants to submit their responses directly through the website, and knowing they'd get the notifications on their phone, rather than in an email inbox where they could miss it. The Indeemo team was also incredibly helpful to work with and attentive, even though we were on different time zones. I got almost daily emails from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] to help set up our survey, and there was an answer for every question or problem we had.

Customer service was excellent throughout the process, with team members helping with instrument creation, checking in and providing valuable tips. When reaching out, your response is quickly answered.

Have used it now on many projects and Indeemo has become one of my key offerings for ethnography and has really enriched my work and outputs.

It was perfect for the project I was conducting, which needed over 100 participants in seven different markets all doing activities in different timelines. [sensitive content hidden] was brilliant at supporting us when we had issues.

Overall great experience. We will continue to use Indeemo for most straightforward diary projects but are exploring options for more complex diary studies. As mentioned above, customer service/support is outstanding, the platform is easy to use for administrators, and being app-based (vs website based) is easier for respondents/participants.
