Certn vs HiPeople: Which is best for you?

It seemed very practical and good at the begining having every candidate handy with the results and in a list with sections

Tried reaching out to their support, chat agent, billing and phone, none of the agents are useful, they're just there to run you around.

What I liked least about HI People was the limited flexibility in customizing certain assessments or surveys. While the platform offers a clean user interface and solid templates, it could benefit from more advanced customization options for companies with specific needs.

The least appealing feature is the raw camera, which lacks polish and could benefit from improvements in usability and functionality such as background and lighting.
