The Virtual Employee Network modernizes permanent change of station (PCS) operations for the federal government and the DoD. This intuitive software allows agencies to perform all PCS operations within a single application.

Collaboratively, travel office personnel build travel authorizations, schedule the movement of HHGs and POV, arrange for temporary and non-temporary storage, and receive travel voucher submissions from the traveler via automated workflow. The traveler is walked through an question & answer style interview and has the ability to upload supporting documents. The travel voucher is auto-built for the traveler to remove the guess work of where to place values. The traveler will use their smart card (PIV/CAC) to sign the voucher which is auto-forwarded to approving official. The agency travel office receives the travel voucher via workflow after the approving official reviews and digitally signs (PIV/CAC) the voucher. The supervisor or agency travel office may return the voucher via workflow for corrections or missing documents.
