AnyDesk vs ManageEngine Remote Access Plus: Which is best for you?

This software has allowed me to seamlessly connect to friends in order to help troubleshoot PC issues and is always easy and fast to set up and access.

When you make a connection to a pc that is connected at the mean time to a remote desktop, it doesn't let you see the remote desktop screen.

Having RAP on an on-premises server gives us greater control over users and an additional layer of security, It also allows us to perform various functions without having to access the user's endpoint, thus avoiding interrupting their work

I have not needed to contact their technical support on this product so I have no opinion on the quality of their support at this time.
