- I like that I can work from my office at home when I need to meet a deadline, or something important comes up with a client and they need my help, but I need to be able to see the ledgers.
- Their billing practices are questionable as they give minimal notice for the annual billing and when you go to cancel after they have taken the funds, they will not refund you and tell you you are stuck with them for another year.

- I know that is a free software but if i need top performance CPU to use this app it is difficult to use it as a tech support tool.
