SetMe vs Slack: Which is best for you?

Set Me has been a great experience an we use it company wide for our helpdesk and technicians to assist our members around the world.

I've used FixMe and then SetMe for many years - this new program has more bells/whistles, but keeps the simplicity and functionality that I've grown to appreciate.

It allows for sharing of documents, links, doing a hurdle, and screen sharing and all those other essential things important in a semi professional environment.

I hate it when I receive a call and I don't have my earphones connected. If I answer the call directly, I find that many times the earphones are not recognized, and usually I need to restart Slack to make my earphones recognizable. When you have an important call, that sucks.
