- It allows for sharing of documents, links, doing a hurdle, and screen sharing and all those other essential things important in a semi professional environment.
- I hate it when I receive a call and I don't have my earphones connected. If I answer the call directly, I find that many times the earphones are not recognized, and usually I need to restart Slack to make my earphones recognizable. When you have an important call, that sucks.

- I think the flaws in the WhatsApp application are very simple, such as the fact that the application cannot be used without a phone number, and it also does not fully support multiple devices, so the same account cannot be used on more than one phone at the same time.
