- It is very responsive and has many key features such as file transfer, one click paste and ability to switch between multiple user screen.
- It's CPU intensive on both the client and technician device (so far the worse we've seen, higher than GoToAssist that is/was Java based). Since their latest update 3.8.0.1 it has gotten worse.
