ERS is a great asset to my business

Thank you for sharing. We are truly sorry to hear about your frustration and any inconvenience you've experienced. It is never our intention to waste a customer's time. Upon review of your account, it appears that issues with subscription payment led to delays with moving forward. Additionally your cancellation in April and subsequent return in May added additional steps and complications that needed to be resolved. Our typical timeframe for go live is 30 business days, inclusive of any special configuration requests, customizations, etc. Your onboarding totaled 31 business days. We have also noticed that since go-live, you haven't had a chance to contact our Support team regarding any issues or difficulties you might be facing. We're here to assist you, and if there were any issues or concerns, reaching out to Support would allow us to address them promptly and effectively. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we'd like the appropriate opportunity to resolve this matter
