About InflatableOffice

InflatableOffice is a rental software designed to help businesses manage product inventory, quoting, contracts, order tracking, payments, customers, employees and locations. The system comes with a point of sale (POS) app that allows users to process sales transactions in person or online.

The platform enables administrators to generate professional-looking quotes and contracts, accept payments via credit cards or PayPal, track orders and manage customer relationships. InflatableOffice also lets teams manage locations and employees, track time, access an inventory management system and generate reports.

Seeing my review from 2017 not much has changed! This is still the game changer of my business. I honestly dont know where I would be without IO. It makes it seamless to use no matter I am using it for throughout my business needs. the integrated DocuSign is everything! When there is something I dont know how to do or that goes wrong, it doesn't take long to get help! The live chat is now my go to!!! Makes life way easier!!

Cons:

My Inventory is something a little different than your main stream IO clients. I wish there was a section where I can keep track of the inventory where I can see reports of how much I spent , sold, profits. Where its all tied to the events.

No regrets with IO!!

We were trying to "do it all on our own" to save money just starting out. I joined a couple of the Bounce House FB groups and learned of IO, and a few others. When I realized it could get a couple months free, I was totally onboard. Once we started using it- WE LOVED IT!! We knew we were lifetime customers.

WEBSITE!! Getting a personalized website that we can take with us anytime we decide to leave or change software providers & The fact that I had everything in one place.

Cons:

Learning the program. It wasn't hard...but I am usually not up for change.

Easy to add inventory onto website & make little changes for example pricing or quantity of items

The coding was a little difficult to understand

Pros:

The software is straightforward to use, and there is a support chat and Facebook group to constantly learn about new features.

Cons:

Sometimes updates change the way certain things are done, and can take time to rectify things that have worked for years. For example, one update changed all my pricing and I had to go in and change all the wording on my prices.

Cons:

With that customization it can, sometimes, he difficult to make changes. I also wish the filters were easier to setup because we love the freedom they allow us.
