Pros:

This software is such a time saver! Everything we used to do in word documents and calculators can be done easily with the software saving us hundreds of hours a year we can use towards other endeavors. And waking up to new leads never gets old!

Cons:

The help section utilizes a search function and can take a couple minutes to find the answer you are looking for.

No regrets with IO!!

We were trying to "do it all on our own" to save money just starting out. I joined a couple of the Bounce House FB groups and learned of IO, and a few others. When I realized it could get a couple months free, I was totally onboard. Once we started using it- WE LOVED IT!! We knew we were lifetime customers.

WEBSITE!! Getting a personalized website that we can take with us anytime we decide to leave or change software providers & The fact that I had everything in one place.

Cons:

Learning the program. It wasn't hard...but I am usually not up for change.

5 star company! Customer Service is why were team IO 24/7-365

We don't have any experience with other party rental software companies. I'm not sure how it gets better than IO. The software was overwhelming in the beginning because their are so many features, options, and ways that the software works for you. After we kind of got the hang of using the software, you realize how much it does for you. Customer Service is top notch and what means a lot to us. The availability of IT is extremely helpful. As a small business owner, I constantly have something I need to work on for my business. The IO party rental software takes a lot of stress and potential for failure off the table. No way I would run a company without party rental software. Kudos to [sensitive content hidden] for creating amazing software and hiring a phenomenal team. [sensitive content hidden] and his team have developed and refined a must have software for a small business like ours. What really sends this company to the moon is their customer service. The software is straightforward to use, and there is a support chat and Facebook group to constantly learn about new features.

Cons:

Sometimes updates change the way certain things are done, and can take time to rectify things that have worked for years. For example, one update changed all my pricing and I had to go in and change all the wording on my prices.
