  • Technical support is now frankly pathetic with critical issues taking months to resolve, compared to days in 2017.
  • Not tailored specifically as an asset management system for event/audiovisual companies so some workarounds needed.
  • Being able to quickly create quotes in Essentials, adding the items and services the customer requests, and moving that contract through the reservation, order, and receiving stages, is critical to our business.
  • It is difficult to get someone on the phone. When issues are reported, the standard response seems to be either 'I don't know' (if speaking to someone) or 'we may look into it for future development' (if the error is reported online).
