Pros:

The customer support team is exceptionally responsive, whenever I have a question or encounter an issue, the team responds quickly and resolves it with efficiency. The platform itself is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes managing our day-to-day operations far simpler and more streamlined. We were specifically looking for a solution with strong automation capabilities, and RentalReady covers nearly all our needs in this area, saving us both time and effort.

Cons:

There’s nothing I particularly dislike about the platform. Like any software, small bugs occasionally appear, but they’re infrequent and usually fixed promptly by the support team.

Reasons for switching to RentalReady

Our previous solutions involved too many manual steps and adjustments, which made operations time-consuming and prone to errors. We wanted a solution that could centralize all the essential functionalities in one platform, allowing us to work more efficiently and reduce the need for repetitive manual tasks.

The support team is exceptionally responsive, and communication in case of any issues is always proactive. It's a reliable and well-designed tool for property owners and managers.

Pros:

RentalReady is particularly effective for managing multiple properties: everything is centralized in one single space, which greatly simplifies tracking and organization. The team is extremely responsive in case of any issues, and whenever a bug occurs, we systematically receive an email informing us of the corrective actions taken. This level of transparency and responsiveness is truly reassuring.

Cons:

Not much to report overall. As a Revenue Manager, I would have simply appreciated more flexibility in managing the booking window—particularly the ability to automatically open orphan nights between two reservations. This would allow for even better optimization of occupancy rates and pricing flexibility.

Effective Property Management System

Overall is a true 5 star experience so far. The operations team has tremendously improved the work flow and also we are able to handle the pricing in a more efficient way.

Would prefer to have more interfaces and more platforms to list the properties. Also a better training for the staff to use to better maximize the system's potentials.

RentalReady is a great PMS for STR operators

Overall it's been really good, the team are very helpful and add new features regularly. They are quick to respond to any requests and the onboarding overall was a fairly smooth process.

Pros:

RentalReady is a really great all in one PMS, it has really all the features you need to manage STRs. We manage around 300 units with them and it is a very comprehensive platform. The AI they have integrated into the inbox and reviews has saved us a lot of time each day.

Cons:

Integrations with some tools is a bit limited but they have a good API which we have been able to integrate with our ops system

Their system and their Customer Service is amazing. I would say it covers all the service accommodations needs

Does not apply really as the system is quite good and the service is really good. There’s no cons that I can report.

RentalReady has an abundance of utilization options and is really easy for new users to work their way around , so it has a great user experience for new comers.

Cons:

As an onboarding manager the lack of control is slightly annoying but other than that there isn't much else.

Great organisation and support

Overall, my experience is great. I am aware I do not use all the features it has to offer but for the moment I like to keep it simple and organized and Rental Ready helps me doing so I appreciated the team responsiveness and help for the times in which I needed their support

Pros:

What I appreciated most about RentalReady is how easy they make everything. The service allows me to start the day having a visual organization of what's going on and I feel like I am in control of what's happening. I can easily message with guests and translate their messages in multiple languages for a smooth comunication I can manage my reservations and my guests while having all calendars easily accessible. If issues occur I find the team to be responsive

Cons:

I would like to have more integrations with other platforms that could allow me to connect each listing on typical short term platforms such as Airbnb and Booking but also others
