Designed for businesses of all sizes, TapGoods PRO is the cloud-based rental management software that helps manage inventory scheduling, customer database, warehouse operations, client proposals and more. With TapGoods PRO, users can get immediate access to inventory information and add it directly to their quotes, they can set requirements for the types of signatures and deposits needed as well as create various templates for orders. Additionally, it enables users to replicate previous orders or build new ones from existing templates. They can also view order status with visual indicators that indicate what steps are needed to move the order along i.e., receiving a deposit or checking inventory.

    Customer support has been excellent. They are adding new features all the time which is helping us. They make changes and add additions when we request them if they are feasible. We have not experienced any down time and everything is relatively fast loading.
    Cons:
    no direct support line, they are however very fast to respond to emails. I do not have any other complaints

    Cost, Rental man is way over priced for a DOS based system that takes a college degree to use

    Amazing! So grateful for this software and how it has assisted our business. Online orders are fast and easy to approve. Online payment system is so smooth. Automated emails allow for ease of communication for order status with clients.

    The support team is absolutely amazing. Questions or concerns and you have access to the support team that gets back to you quickly while reviewing the direct order you are on. The dedicated client success manager is fantastic checking in and ensuring needs are being met while introducing new and upcoming exciting changes for the software and overall ease of use. The online cart is the best, putting the ownness on clients to pick their own items - and the contract signing and deposit paying through the system constantly has rave reviews from clients on ease and usability.
    Cons:
    That I didn't start with it sooner. Our online sales were non existent prior to having this system and now they are a large part of our business.

    We have daily issues with this software not working correctly. Their servers are so bad that most of the time you can't even download pdf files without them hanging up. A person responds when you have an issue but they would rather tell you how they can't replicate the problem than do anything to fix it. They ask for recs on what they can do to make it better and then do nothing to improve the functionality. Using TG has cost my company time and money because of it not working. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
    Cons:
    I don't like that it doesn't work properly on a daily basis and I have to keep asking for help, and then getting none

    Easy to navigate/parse, Tapgoods is great for sending emails, and presents a solid inventory management platform.
    Cons:
    Odd and goofy things sometimes happen, but never in a way that is seriously detrimental. Technical support is responsive and easy to contact.

    Cons:
    Some features are limited, and certain data (like the total of individual discounts) does not always show up clearly in invoice reports.

    My favorite thing about TapGoods is ease of use. Everything that is built out in TapGoods is very straight forward and very easy to find.
    Cons:
    My least favorite thing about TapGoods is not being able to do partial returns on products. With how we use TapGoods services being able to input partial returns would make it a lot easier.
