Pros / Cons
  • I like clean cloud text/email notifications when orders are ready, my costumers love to know when their orders are ready for pick up.
  • It does things like when you're in the admin area, every time you save a change, it kicks you back out to the Home Screen, so you have to click on Admin again and go back into it if you want to change more than one thing. And there are outright bugs like with promo codes where if you start to use a promo code for a customer but then never complete the order, that promo code is now unusable for the customer, even though they never actually used it. And then, any time you submit anything like that as a bug, the standard answer is ALWAYS, that's how it's designed. If you would like it to work differently, you can post a suggestion in the user forums that customers can vote on.

  • As someone new to running a business I had a hard time learning the system but they gave me extra time with the free trial to get used to it before committing and the customer service has been SUPER helpful. When we launched it at the shop I had to call about 20 times that day and they were super patient and helpful.
  • Being cloud-based is a pro and a con: if your internet connection is unstable or goes down, it can disrupt access to the system, which affects operations.
