About Current RMS
Current RMS is a cloud-based rental management solution designed to help small to large enterprises in AV, lighting, events, production and broadcast industries. It systematically releases new updates based on customer feedback and provides secure data protection and backups.
Current RMS allows organizations to check real-time inventory levels for effortless forward plans and be notified of product shortage when creating future jobs. Users can coordinate across labor and transport operations using the resource planner and update on everyone's calendars via iCal links. Additionally, it lets businesses create proposals and orders on-the-go for clients, send online quotes to capture real-time digital signatures and build part-invoices when taking deposits.
Current RMS allows enterprises to generate barcode & QR code labels to speed up pick-ups or prep time and use temporary or permanent containers to build up product packages and utilize the job planner to view all upcoming jobs in one place.
Current RMS offers a monthly or annual subscription, including full support & training, secure data protection and automatic data updates.

A really good solution with an excellent price compared to many software options. Very easy to use and simple to expand and contract as needed. No huge investments required. A few areas to keep improving. Hopefully the changes can keep up.

Only just about worth having - I'm sure there are better on the market - development is slow

We've had current RMS since 2017. We've used it because at the time everyone was raving about it compared to hiretrack and rentalpoint. Fundamentally it's a good idea but it's been bolted and added onto so much now that it really does need an overhaul. We considered getting rid of it and going back to our old system but decided it's (only just) worth having. With recent price increases we may revisit that though...
