DoorDash for Merchants vs Instacart: Which is best for you?

Their tracking system is awesome you know exactly when you're meal will arrive and it gets to you hot & you have a choice and option to leave a great tip for the driver.

Usually any issues I've had were because the restaurant did not send my order correctly or did not see the order because only just started using the online ordering feature and were not used to using the system.

The app is very easy to use, the customer service was great, and I loved the real time tracking and messaging with the driver.

The customer service for anything beyond a missing item is atrocious. If you have an order problem, that is usually handled with a few clicks quickly and efficiently. If you are honest and not abusing "missing items" you're credited right away. If you have any problem that involves a human and not AI, it is an endless cycle of being bounced between chats with no substantial answers/fixes.
