About CSG Forte

CSG Forte is a payments management platform designed to handle the entire payment lifecycle, from processing to security, within a unified system. It supports businesses of various sizes across industries such as government, property management, insurance, healthcare, retail, and utilities. Independent software vendors can also use the platform to manage scalable payment needs.

The platform provides omnichannel payment processing, enabling businesses to accept payments online, in-person, by phone, or through mobile devices. It supports multiple payment methods, including ACH, eCheck, credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay. Features include revenue optimization tools, bill presentment, payment validation, authentication mechanisms, and reporting and analytics for transaction insights.

it's cheaper than most other ones, Offering next-day funding is a critical feature that not many of these companies have

UI needs work, code is a bit clunky, I'm just a small biz owner not a banker.

Forte is amazing

Using Forte is always a good experience. We have never been disappointed - the program is very efficient and user-friendly. Any questions we have are always promptly answered and explained. Couldn't be happier with Forte.

Great service and functionality

Pros:

I process hundreds or ACH transactions each month; I appreciate how easy it is to schedule recurring transactions. The very few times I've had issues the team is there to help me solve my problems quickly and painlessly

Cons:

My only real complaint is the amount of time it takes to clear an ACH transaction; in these days of instant money transfers it would be nice to have quicker ACH clearing without a big price premium.

Forte makes it very easy to collect online payments and helps to identify any fraudulent payments.

Cons:

I have yet to run into an issue with forte. So far so good.

Great value and easy to use

We wanted to offer an ACH option for payments. We selected Forte and passed along the savings to students as a no fee option compared to paying tuition with a credit card and being charged a convenience fee.

Other vendors charge a lot more for the service than Forte. We are pleased with the overall value and how easy the payment system is to use.

I cannot think of anything negative about the software.
