GrubHub vs Instacart: Which is best for you?

I like GrubHub because most of my favorite restaurants are on their and they always provide me some type of refund with the drivers and restaurants mess up my order

We have to increase our prices on Grubhub to offset fees, leading customers to think we are not as affordable as we actually are.

The app is very easy to use, the customer service was great, and I loved the real time tracking and messaging with the driver.

The customer service for anything beyond a missing item is atrocious. If you have an order problem, that is usually handled with a few clicks quickly and efficiently. If you are honest and not abusing "missing items" you're credited right away. If you have any problem that involves a human and not AI, it is an endless cycle of being bounced between chats with no substantial answers/fixes.
