- I particularly like integrations with Shopify, or other popular web services to display current inventory levels linked from the inventory management tab in the Repair Desk platform.
- The only downsides I’ve noticed are that you can’t edit workflows once they’ve been used in a ticket, which can be a bit inconvenient, and occasionally the automated emails don’t send — though that issue is pretty rare.
- Data importing was a bit of a challenge initially however the team was very helpful to take care of it.
- Unable to use on Mac without a miniPC.
