[sensitive content hidden] and his team are amazing to deal with. If I ever need help or something customised it is done within hours! I don't need to wait and especially when it is critical for us. It is personalised RELIABLE service and could not thank them enough! They go above and beyond for everything treating your business as their own!

Pros:

It is flexible! It took me around one year to find a software to suit my business, especially because my jewellery business is so highly customised. I thought I may need to go down the avenue of having something custom made but [sensitive content hidden] was an enormous help. He customised everything to my need. To put it into perspective, I needed something that will be able to handle my gem department, internal repairs and manufacturing, remodels, custom orders, valuations/appraisals, outsourced repairs, materials balance, retail inventory and advise me of which products are where. I also needed it to act as a point of sale system and finally to be able to submit my figures for financial reporting. Furthermore, the client 360 degree CRM section is fantastic! I am able to know everything about my clients; even up to their finger sizes and don't need to rely on my memory!

There is not much for me to mention here

Best Jewellery POS & management software

Moving over my data to The Jewel Software was seamless. The software is relatively simple to learn and has so much more features which is a great bonus. Fady is very easy to communicate with and is always available to assist and help when needed.
